Interdisciplinary Food Systems Teaching and Learning, IFSTAL is an extra-curricular, cross-university, and interdisciplinary education programme that is offered to students from the 7 participating higher education institutions and more broadly where
arranged.

It is designed to develop the knowledge and skills to transform food systems.
